What we do

Reliable IT, without the headaches.

We keep the everyday technology of homes and businesses running: new machines set up properly, slow ones upgraded, broken ones repaired, and help available when something stops working.

  • 01Computers & laptopsSelection and setup of desktops and laptops.
  • 02ConfigurationOperating systems, accounts, software and email.
  • 03RAM upgradesMore room for multitasking: for example, move from 8 GB to 16 GB for everyday work, or consider 32 GB for demanding applications. We check memory type, free slots and the supported limit first.
  • 04SSD upgradesReplace a mechanical hard drive with an SSD, or increase storage from 256 GB to 1 TB. We check SATA or NVMe compatibility and discuss backup, cloning or a fresh installation.
  • 05Battery replacementShort battery life, unexpected shutdowns or a battery that will not charge? We test the battery and charger, then match a replacement to the exact laptop model and part number.
  • 06Screen & keyboard repairsDiagnosis and replacement options for cracked displays, flickering screens, broken keys and unresponsive keyboards, subject to compatible parts being available.
  • 07Cooling & charging faultsFan cleaning, thermal servicing and diagnosis of overheating, noisy fans, faulty chargers and charging ports. We explain whether repair or replacement is worthwhile.
  • 08Software & startup repairsTroubleshoot startup failures, crashes and software issues. Backup and any operating-system reinstallation are discussed before work begins.
  • 09Peripherals & printersPrinters, scanners, monitors and accessories set up.
  • 10Storage & backupDrives and backup routines to protect your data.
  • 11Remote assistanceQuick fixes without waiting for a visit.
  • 12On-site supportA technician at your premises when needed.

Give your laptop
a longer life.

A battery change can restore time away from the charger. More RAM can help multitasking, and an SSD can make an older laptop feel more responsive. We diagnose the bottleneck before recommending parts.

Send the laptop make, exact model, current RAM and storage, plus what feels wrong. For a battery, a photo of the part label helps. Some laptops have soldered memory or storage that cannot be upgraded.

Upgrade examples & parts to consider

  • 16 GB RAM

    Everyday multitasking

An example upgrade from 8 GB for office apps, studying and several browser tabs. Kingston ValueRAM is a practical option when matched to the laptop.

    Kingston memory compatibility
  • 32 GB RAM

    Heavier workloads

Consider 32 GB for development, creative work or larger projects. Kingston FURY Impact SO-DIMM is an option for compatible laptops; DDR4 and DDR5 are not interchangeable.

    Kingston FURY laptop memory
  • 500 GB–1 TB SSD

    Faster storage & more space

Samsung 870 EVO is an option for compatible 2.5-inch SATA bays; Samsung 990 EVO Plus is an option for compatible M.2 NVMe slots. We check interface, physical fit and your budget.

Examples are recommendations to assess, subject to compatibility and local availability. Your quotation confirms the exact part and price. Battery replacements must match the manufacturer’s specifications; we do not recommend a universal battery.

Questions

Good to know.

Something else on your mind? Ask us on WhatsApp.

Can you fix a slow computer instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. Many slow machines improve noticeably with a clean-up, an SSD or more memory. We diagnose first and tell you honestly whether an upgrade or a replacement makes more sense.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes. Many software issues can be solved remotely. If the problem is hardware, or remote help is not enough, a technician can come on site.

Will I lose my files during a repair or upgrade?

We take care to protect your data and can back it up before work begins. If a drive is failing, tell us early — the sooner it is handled, the better the chance of recovering files.

How do I get a quotation?

Send us an enquiry through the form, call or WhatsApp +230 5978 7282. Tell us what you need and where — photos help. For on-site work we usually confirm details with a site visit before quoting.
